I really wanted to like this chair but the problems started as soon as I got it out of the box. The left arm was stuck and trying to put enough pressure on it to move it was causing the plastic to stress and almost break. I tried to reach out to the seller to get things taken care of it and quickly turned into more trouble than it was worth. Creaks and cracks with every move started about a week or so after I'd been sitting in it. I am 250lbs so I expect some, but nothing to this extent. Now, in repositioning myself, the right arm is now broken with jagged pieces of plastic jutting out. I've not even had this chair for a year and it looks like it is destined to be replaced.

UPDATE 4/17/2019: after 9 months of general use, the arm snapped off.Original review: Came with no instructions. We were able to make sense of everything except for the raising/lowering mechanism. My son has had lots of compliments and really likes his gaming chair.** we will NOT be replacing this chair using this company! What a waste **

This chair was absolute HELL to put together! The directions where horrible and made no damn sense. Thank god for YouTube or I would have never got it together. I planned to put it together for my son on Christmas Eve as one of his gifts. I was up til 430 am and finally gave up. My son woke up to a half put together chair and we finished putting it together that day.Despite that mess however, he loves it. The chair itself seems to be made well and looks and feels good. Had the directions and putting it together been easier this would be a Five Star chair.

This has to be the best chair I have owned coming from a bigger guy. the claim for big and tall is not at all misleading it fits me and I am 300 lbs 6ft tall. the material of the chair is what you would expect to get on a more expensive racing chair and looks overall very good. the armrests are great they adjust up and down side to side to fit any play style you like! I can sit in this chair for hours upon hours and never feel fatigued. if you are thinking about pulling the trigger on this one do it! they have amazing customer service and were able to help me get a whole new chair no questions asked.

I have been using this chair for about 2 months, light usage. And today the arm for the caster snapped while sitting in it playing a game. For a chair that is supposed to handle 400 lbs., This is a joke, I am not close to that weight.

Overall it's a great looking chair. Was supposed to be rated for 400lbs, I weigh about 340lbs and one of the wheels broke off after a couple months.

I got this for my boyfriend and I find myself using it more and more. Very comfortable and easy to use. It was a pain to put assemble but so worth it.

The plastic wheel holders in base broke in less than 3 months. Can't get in touch with company to get a replacement
