couln't open properly
had to saw the cap away from the retaining collar which turned with the cap.must have sawe in the wrong place.cap does not close properly.lovely fragrant oil, flavours my casserole beautifully.pity about the closure

The lid was damaged has a split to the side, when I want it opened, it just spins and therefore needs to be forced off which I find irritating.The product is presented well, just let down by the above.Added, spoke to the company who said pour it in to another bottle, so they sell an item open and consider that to be acceptable, I won't buy from them again.

Impossible to open!
Beware, this is impossible to open!! It took two days a screwdriver, knives and a lot of strength. Not good for anyone with mobility issues. I’m lucky and had a family member who could help but this would be useless and a waste of money to some others.
