Review: Great filter - I love this filter. I only drink water, coffee or tea. I wanted a good filter system because my city water is the worst and I don't want to buy plastic bottle water. Since I started using this system my water taste great and sometimes better than store bought. I know the filter is pricey but it is worth the taste and health benefits. ## Features - Helps reduce the contaminants that matter: The Nano XP filter helps reduce PFAS (forever chemicals), lead, bacteria, viruses, cysts, microplastics, chromium-6, pharmaceuticals and chlorine, plus dozens more common tap water contaminants. Full lab results, always published. - NSF certified filter, independently tested: The Nano XP filter is NSF certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372, and independently tested to NSF/ANSI 53, NSF/ANSI 401 and NSF P231, with added PFAS testing to the latest NSF/ANSI/CAN 53 criteria. Made in USA. - Complete filter, ready to drop in: This is the full Nano XP filter with its outer housing, the one to buy for your first Nano XP or to upgrade from an older Epic filter. Fits every Epic pitcher, including Pure, Pure XP, Nano and Nano XP, plus Epic Pure XP dispensers. - Faster nano filtration, less plastic waste: Dual-layer nano pleated media doubles the surface area for up to 30% faster flow than previous Epic pitcher filters. Next time, replace only the inner cartridge and reuse this housing to cut filter plastic waste by up to 75%. - 100 gallons, fluoride left in: Each filter lasts 100 gallons, about 3 to 4 months, and replaces over 1,000 single-use 12 oz bottles. Nano XP does not reduce fluoride, so naturally occurring fluoride stays in your water. Want fluoride reduced? The Pure XP filter fits the same pitchers. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B079VRVPR9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #8,829 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #30 in Pitcher Water Filters #40 in Replacement Pitcher Water Filters | | Brand | Epic Water Filters | | Brand Name | Epic Water Filters | | Compatible Water Purifier Models | Alb Filter Nano | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,320 Reviews | | External Testing Certification | NSF | | Included Components | One Nano XP Filter with Housing | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 4"D x 4"W x 4"H | | Item Highlight | NSF Certified Filter, Made in USA, Helps Reduce PFAS, Lead, Bacteria & Viruses, Fits All Epic Pitchers & Dispensers | | Item Weight | 4.6 ounces | | Manufacturer | Epic Water Filters | | Manufacturer Part Number | unknown | | Material | Polypropylene (PP) | | Material Type | Polypropylene (PP) | | Model Number | EW-RPFT-NAN | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Benefits | Reduces Chlorine, Reduces PFAS, Reduces VOCs, Removes Bacteria | | Product Dimensions | 4"D x 4"W x 4"H | | Set Name | Epic Nano | | UPC | 688713576960 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **External Testing Certification:** NSF - **Item Weight:** 4.6 ounces - **Material:** Polypropylene (PP) - **Product Benefits:** Reduces Chlorine, Reduces PFAS, Reduces VOCs, Removes Bacteria - **Product Dimensions:** 4"D x 4"W x 4"H ## Images ![Epic Nano XP Pitcher Water Filter Replacement with Housing, 100 Gallon - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71NlxPerFSL.jpg) ![Epic Nano XP Pitcher Water Filter Replacement with Housing, 100 Gallon - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81IWHRHRpSL.jpg) ![Epic Nano XP Pitcher Water Filter Replacement with Housing, 100 Gallon - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Q8AnIMltL.jpg) ![Epic Nano XP Pitcher Water Filter Replacement with Housing, 100 Gallon - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81RH1QwOfQL.jpg) ![Epic Nano XP Pitcher Water Filter Replacement with Housing, 100 Gallon - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81g+LE7+0kL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this fit onto a clearly filtered water pitcher? I wanted a good filter system because my city water is the worst and I don't want to buy plastic bottle water. Since I started using this system my water taste great and sometimes better than store bought. I know the filter is pricey but it is worth the taste and health benefits. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasteless water filter *by H***H on February 5, 2026* Easy installation for my Epic water tank and last for months. There is a digital count down that shows when we need to change the filter. Even though we can drink the tap water in our area it's great to filter it just in case. We keep a tank cold in the fridge and there is no taste at all. ## Frequently Bought Together - Epic Water Filters REPLACEMENT FILTER for Epic Nano Water Filter Pitcher or Dispenser.
