Well, I have been using device for almost a week. I am satisfied with the product. I chose this over other OBD GPS tracker like Autowiz mostly because of the low annual rent.From the device prospective, the tracing was accurate. Doesnt work very well when inside a parking lot. The notifications were good.The Geo Fencing feature is missing, can be added in next releases.Still checking the battery backup. Will update in a day or two

Update: 8th December 2017.Changing my rating to one star. The device stopped working. Shows my car is offline, I'm trying to reach their customer support, who do not lift the phone listed on their website nor answer email sent.I'd advise people to refrain from buying this device till they fix their customer support.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Nice product, works as per description.The reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 5 stars is that the alerts sometimes arrive late or do not arrive at all. I have sent an email to their support to speak about this and they haven't bothered to respond back.

I am quiet happy with this device. Its been about a month since I have been using this on my q3 Audi. Its works well and I am able to customize it to give me alerts when the car leaves/reaches certain location of my choice. The device gives good information about the car health. The most frequently used feature I use is to track my car . I personally think that if a user is sending car for servicing on regular intervals then this car diagnostics information is quite useless. It is something if someone is not providing then you are not missing anything. The basic idea behind such devices is to track your car real time. it does this job well. Though sometimes I the alerts and notifications are bit slow or delayed as sync to the phone sometime is bit slow. In addition I think the it should have 3g connectivity instead of 2G.Positive feature : no worry on the sim card / data plans.. it is all built into the device. / quick activation / easy to use appNegative feature : Sometime the alerts are bit slow. but this is not really a drawback.. it is just the delay in the sync of app to the website and data sync between the device and the rollr website.

Rubbish don't go for it because it is made by motherson & it is rechargeable don't go for it

2017 manufacturing device no updates features

Very nice product, just plug in obd port and ready to locate your car. No need of wiring, setting, sim and monthly search and data recharge.Data ie gps location of car, is accurate and real time. Other data is also informative. One thing idling is important for me as I can know when my driver is starting car in idling and uses AC without moving.Technical support is quick . I am not technocrats, so this device is very useful for me and I recommend it. ThanksDr Ravindra Kumar

Although the product is backed by a very strong automobile electrical brand, Motherson Sumi, and they are known for their quality, but I feel that they have failed to live up to the expectations here.Our Company had purchased Rollr Mini device Installed it in our vehicle. Connecting App and the iOS interface was not great, devices would report car locations with 200 meters plus or minus accuracy, many times missing the location altogether.Minute to minute tracking is not there as well as does not have engine immobilizer.The company has non-existent customer support, they do not pick up phones, do not respond to emails and remain closed for frivolous reasons.Even Amazon Customer Care does not pick up the phones and it is very difficult to speak the representative.Really not satisfied and disappointed with the product.

Excellent product I am using since 7 months with good results . Accuracy is good .
