I used the knee sleeves for the first time today during my heavy leg day. The sleeves were outstanding and very comfortable. They did not cut off my circulation and they did not bunch up. I had them on for about an hour and the feel was great and very breathable. Got these knee compression sleeves after comparing several different options on Amazon. The price & multitude of positive reviews were the eventual determining factor.Shipping was quick & as promised. I had followed the instructions as well as the cues from other reviewers in order to ascertain the proper size, & together they were spot on.As these were my 1st ever Knee sleeves & priced much lower than most I had tempered my expectations initially. Those expectations were quickly exceeded in the 1st full day of wearing them. During a 3 hour exercise & cardio session these sleeves proved to be a great purchase. They got snugly, providing the necessary support I needed w/o hindering my movement. They stayed in place throughout numerous compound lifting movements & several rigorous basketball games.I was pleasantly surprised to find my knee pain (both medial & patella) to be completely alleviated throughout the training session, even while performing exercises (squats) & movements (jumping, weight bearing, lunges) that previously had triggered my pain constantly. Moreover, the warmth created by the Neoprene, the fit, & my exertion provided an additional unexpected benefit & served to keep my knee joints moving fluidly & without pause, which was quite possibly the most beneficial of all.The sleeves aren't too thick nor too thin, & they are definitely of higher quality & construction than I had originally anticipated. For anyone looking for a solid solution to knee pain that is also affordable I highly reccomend these iDofit Knee compression sleeves.

I've been looking for a new pair of knee sleeves and decided to give this product a shot. Initially, I ordered the small size since I was in between the small and medium in measurements. Please make sure you are measuring the circumference of the largest part of your calf! And if you're in between like me, go for the larger size despite what the product description says. Since the small didn't fit, I reached out to their customer service, who answered very promptly, gave me a promo code to buy the medium size with 99% off the price, and let me keep the other pair (no idea what I'll do with it but...okay). They were very understanding and accommodating.The knee sleeves itself seem well-made, durable. I just received my medium sized pair and haven't exercised with them as of yet, but I suspect it to hold up well. I did try it on and liked the compression (it wasn't too loose which is good). My only complaint is that they're longer than I expected, but I guess that's just my own personal preference.

I had some fairly catastrophic knee injuries when I was a kid and a couple surgeries after. I normally wear some sort of knee sleeve when I work out. These are great for squatting or lifting heavy weight. Great support. I had to wear/wash them a few times before they started to really feel just right. They were a tiny bit too confining the first couple tries, but broke in perfectly. I wouldn't wear these for running/cardio/very repetitive movements. I find the thinner elastic/cloth sleeves are better for that work. These are thick neoprene for extra support. Sizing is important, but if they're a hair too tight at first, wear and wash them a couple times before giving up on them.

These neoprene knee braces do exactly what they're designed to do. Help keep your knees warm and tight. I use them for both crossfit and weightlifting as I have one bum knee from lifting like an idiot back in the days of yore. I really notice the difference when doing squats and lunges, the extra support gives you a real opportunity to focus on your hams and quads, and not worrying about that 'buckle' feeling some of us might experience. I've been able to lift heavier, get a better burn, get more sore, and get stronger.Like most neoprene products, they're not super breathable so after 30 minutes of crossfit they can get pretty sweaty, I just drop them around the ankles for a while to dry out. Another great plus - these are well made with extra stitching at key points. Not bad for an inexpensive product. I originally got the extra-large size by following the sizing chart and measuring my calf. I think I measured the wrong calf (the one where I tore my Achilles tendon, which is a few inches smaller than my other calf. The first pair were fine, but I wanted a tighter fit so I emailed the seller and they sent me another pair, basically for free, a size smaller. They told me to just keep the first pair. Pretty great customer service if you ask me.If you're looking for a low cost solution for creaky knees or just want some extra support, these will do the trick.
