The best I can say is "Hopefully it will be adequate."
Quality and durability definitely do not come to mind when I examine this product. Mine arrive with all 3 of the long dividers out of their slots, even though it was still plastic wrapped. I chose to straighten them back into place and use wood glue rather than go through the hassle of returning it. They were not fastened to the bottom - only attached to the other divider with one tiny nail. In my case the nails had come out. The bottom is pretty thin. I think it is a laminate made to look like bamboo. Whether it will work for you depends on how heavy your use will be. Since I need it for a bathroom drawer, I think it will work for me. I'm not sure it would stand up to heavy kitchen use.

Looks nice but came with seems poorly connected.
This looks really nice in my drawer. It was the only wooden silverware holder with six spaces that is narrow enough for my drawer.People were not kidding when they said they often will come broken. Mine came with two seems very poorly connected (visible hardware, some slightly broken wood), but I turned it so that the pieces that are connected poorly are toward the back of the drawer so that you can't see them. Since then, it has held up well enough.I'm happy since it looks so much better than plastic silverware holders, but if this would annoy you and you don't need a six space holder that is so narrow, then look elsewhere.UPDATED: It fell apart fully with-in about 18 months. I now live in a house with a much larger drawer so I just bought a wooden holder of real quality from another seller.

What I was looking for
Apparently it is very difficult to find an exact 10" silverware tray, so this fit the bill perfectly. Some reviews said that it's not exactly 10", but I will disagree with that. My drawer is exactly 10 1/8" and this fit like a glove with 1/8" clearance. Yes the bottom is NOT attached to the slots, nor do I think that the bottom is made of bamboo, and I ran into the issue where my knifes slid underneath. I just used wood glue to fix that issue. Considering I couldn't find another 10" tray, a little use of glue is a small price to pay.

Nice silverware organizer, but had to glue dividers in place.
This is a really nice organizer, but the dividers came loose. It looks like there are small metal tacks holding them in place and with the weight of the silverware, they gave way. I glued the slats back in place and it is working fine. Overall, it is a nicely prepared organizer and looks nice in the drawer. I purchased it to hold my Waterford Conover 18/10 stainless steel service, and they fit perfectly.

Exactly 10" wide
Works great and the width was right on. I have a drawer that is exactly 10" wide and it was a little snug getting it in, but it fits perfectly. One thing I did notice is maybe we just have really long knives perhaps, but it was difficult getting them to fit into any of the slots. But, we just slid the organizer up a bit more and made a 7th spot between the front of the drawer and the start of the organizer to put the knives and it was perfect.Another reviewer had commented on how it was annoying that the knives slid underneath the divider and we did see that as well but this front spot solution solves that problem as well for us.

Mediocre quality
Trying to put away flatware in a small drawer...this seemed like a great solution. The size (10" wide) was perfect; however, the quality of workmanship was not good (materials were fine). The slats separating the compartments didn't fit well into the positioning grooves and seemed slightly warped so I was unable to push them back into place. That said, the tray was still usable.

Wow
I mean I get what I paid for, and I figured this wouldn't be very well constructed, but cheap wood of questionable strength isn't that big a deal in a tiny apartment. The part that did it for me was the bowing of the side pieces of wood. This made the organizer just barely too big for my small drawers. The only positive was how easy it was to take apart since maybe I can put it back together better. It would otherwise have been a passable utensil organizer that was nice enough and fit my long narrow drawer.
