Q: Have they corrected the issue of shipping the correct product? Many negative reviews indicate that the rollers people are receiving are not sealed?

They sent the correct product. I assumed that if it came in packs of 10, that's what i needed. My door needed 12. The rollers received were what i expected and are much quieter than the old ones. They look sealed to me.

Q: Any idea, How these rollers perform in New England winter?

No. We are in the pacific northwest. They are much quieter.

Q: Should the shafts be greased when replacing the rollers?

This is not necessary but may help the door open / close slightly smoother.

Q: Do the bearings need to be greased before using?

You do not need to grease the rollers before using. The groove on the roller disperses grease over an extended period.
