These mugs came very well packed, so no breakages. The product is easy to hold and a pleasure to drink from. Very pleased and highly recommended.

The mugs are lovely but not what was described because they say they have a WHITE gold trim but the trim is actually GOLD GOLD so they don’t match my existing crockery set as I’d hoped

I only drink coffee from china mugs and cups, for me it tastes better and they were to replace an almost identical setthen down to three. great, well packed and nothing not to like.

Now these mugs are beautiful. Elegant, just the right size and exactly what I expected and what I ordered. Now if they did them in black or grey, life would be perfect. If you like a fine elegant mug these are the ones to buy.

Third set I've purchased. The quality of the gold rim has plummeted. The first two sets had shiney gold. This set has a mat dull finished gold rim and design on handle. More than disappointed.

Arrived swiftly and the quality is good value for money. The description read white gold, what they actually meant was white china with a gold rim. This is not important for me, but if you are expecting a silver rim, it is not.However, one of the mugs had a broken handle, although they were very well packed and marked as fragile. I email through the amazon system about the fault and a replacement mug arrived two days later. Very good service. I did send a thank you email.Good product and very good service.
