UPDATE 2: The chair is rated for 400 lbs, apparently that is not true in the slightest. I am not a small girl, true, but I am still under the 250 mark and the legs are shearing off! The seat itself is still comfortable but now I am just waiting for the leg points to snap off.UPDATE: After two years of moderate use my gas cylinder no longer stays up. I'm really disappointed my chair gets maybe 8 to 10 hours of use in a 7 day period. I'm a big girl, but well below the max weight limit for this chair, I guess I am back on the hunt for another chair.I have been using this chair for several weeks now, and I love it! Let's not beat around the bush, I am a big girl, and it fits me so well. I can maintain proper posture, and the lumbar and neck pillows really make it so much more comfortable to spend hours, either gaming or writing on my computer. The chair was easy to assemble, it only took my husband about half an hour, probably less if I had not gotten in the way. The recline is so lovely when you need a break or when you make yourself motion sick. I have not had any issue with rouge squeaks! I am elated with my purchase; I finally have a chair I can stand to sit in!

Chair is great.. study metal frame. Doesnt feel like its going to break when I sit on it (and I'm a large man) if you are skating toward the weight limit you may feel like your being squeezed to hard but under weight limit is pretty comfy. Only down side to chair is the wheels.. they dont roll smoothly and you easily hit the wheel locks.. assembaly was easy to follow instructions plastic covers that cover the hinges dont fit exactly but no modifications needed to be made to get them on. If you are pretty wide because your close to weight limit and not tall chair maybe uncomfortable. if your close to weight limit but tall you will mostlikly be fine example I'm 6foot 6 and 400 pounds and at boarderline of comfort

I was really looking forward to receiving this chair. I guess my mistake was not in reading others reviews, so here I am, writing one. This chair was easy to put together. The problem I have with the chair is as others have said, the width is including the wings. It does become very uncomfortable on the thigh area. The wheels do not roll smoothly and for a shorter person, the hydraulic does not go down far enough for me and doesn't seem to work very well in general. I'm very disappointed that I spent this much money on a chair that seemed so promising.

One of the best product I have brought from Amazon. I needed another friend to help me assemble the chair with its huge parts....maybe I am not the best person to do this job...but in hindsight, I think we could easily have done in 1/2 hour smoothly, had we thoroughly and patiently gone through the instruction without getting excited!It's a huge bad-ass chair for a medium-size guy like me (~ 160lbs)...the huge seats comfortably lets you relax. The material is sufficiently thick that provide you comfort to a high level. The bottom and the back resting material is really comfortable. The lumbar support cushion is easily adjustable along the verticle position which is a huge thumbs up for me. I can see my back is always on rest while I am using the chair... Its wide tilting angle is a boon as I can adjust it according to my usage...concentrating on my work, playing games or relaxing while watching movies... The handrest could be adjusted to a great extent, which is a plus. One thing I am not fully satisfied is the relatively smaller size of the arm rest..well it is not that big of an issue but would prefer slightly larger.I play games and do my normal computer work using this chair. From 3 weeks (almost) regular usage, I can safely say - I dont feel fatigue after prolonged use....which is the main things that I was looking in the chair. For the given, when I compare other gaming and office chairs, I find the price reasonable.I will definitely update more on the overall quality of the chair after long usage....for now, I am haappyy...:)

I‘m very satisfied with my purchase, so I’m going to share some experience about this product. The overall installation is quite simple and it took about 20 minutes. Though the legs are not exactly the same as what shown in the pictures (missing the red part), the chair itself still looks very sporty with the red outline and the embroidery in the back.As far as the structure of the chair, the legs are made of metal which make it very sturdy. I didn’t have any problem with the wheels as they roll just fine if the wooden floor. Also, as many have noticed, the seat appears to be smaller than the dimensions indicated on the specifications because of the side wings; however, I personally have no problem with it. I’m 5’9 and 170lbs, and the seat fits me just fine. I actually like the wings because I can use it as support along with the back and neck support pillows.I’ve been looking for a chair that is comfortable and can keep my back straight at the same time. I don’t want to ruin my posture by sitting in front of the computer for a long period of time. This chair is definitely what I have looked for. The chair itself is very comfortable and the fact that the height, back support and armrests are adjustable, I now can have the perfect set up that can keep my back straight while still being able to work effectively in front of the computer. So far, this chair somewhat helps improve my posture and as a result, helps reduce my shoulder pain that I get from sitting in front of the computer all day.

At first glance this chair looks sleek and comfortable.. its not overly padded and more of a stiff fit.. the added lumbar and head pillows do make it comfortable. however there are some pretty annoying cons:1) Each wheel has a lock on it and it is very easy to hit the lock with feet, and it takes awhile to figure out which wheel is locked, this makes it very annoying to move even the slightest.2) even when adjusted properly the whole chair feels like its tipping forward and so is my body, so if you are working at a computer desk or gaming then i would recommend another chair as it is not very comfortable for long periods of time.
