Q: How can i reset the 3d fit bit. I tried pushing the button but it does not reset

The reset button can be a bit tricky! I have to use my thumbnail, hold it straight on the button, and hold it down firmly for a bit. FINALLY (and it does take maybe 15-30 seconds) the readout will change to 88888888888888 and then 0. Keep trying! You'll get the hang of it! Even though it it frustrating, it is still worth it to me for the ease of not having to go through heck setting it up to use. Hope this helps!

Q: Bought one of these(a pink! one last year; quit working. replaced battery. no luck. may i get a replacement? amazon does not say i bough it!

Q: Does it count stepping in place?

I just tested it twice. I took 20 steps in place two times. In each case it registered 22 steps
