TamerXBillet Aluminum Fuel Filter Cap w/Pressure Test Port, Compatible with 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L

I purchased the item coupled with the max tow fuel pressure gauge. The two work very well with each other. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the fuel filter does not snap into the cap. So now I have to reach into that sweet go go juice to change the filer...... and the aluminum is a little soft. It scarred easily when tightened with a wrench. But other than that the machining is clean, the tolerances are tight and the fit is great.

Product seems well built, Has a nice feel to it. A standard Allen head block off screw is included. Giving 4 stars, because I had to wrap the thread in plumbers tape, to get a good seal. Otherwise, diesel will spray out of the top just using what was included in the box. I installed this product at the same time I did the “blue spring update” so that may of had some effect on the pressure. Would order again. Fast shipping, nice product.

i bought another billet fuel filter cap and the filter didnt fit right and it broke my return tube. i bought a new return tube and bought this tamerx cap and it was beautiful. the milling was clean, no leaks, and no sharp edges or metal shavings. the best part is with the design you can almost install with just your hands. great product.

Looked great when I unwrapped it ..... should be installing later this weekend. Way better than OEM plastic junk! Edges seemed super sharp from the machining..... maybe a little attention to that would make this 5 stars .....

My oem plastic cap kept leaking and this fixed it, plus it makes hooking up a pressure gauge a breeze or venting air if needed. Couldn’t justify paying double for a sinister cap when this is just as good.

Highly recommend for those do it your selfers that change their own fuel filters. Installs and seals perfectly but be sure to use a new O ring. I have read the warnings about over tightening the plastic caps and did tighten it but I still Broke two of the OEM plastic caps because over time the cap will still become stuck.

I used this cap for my e350 super duty to check fuel pressure it works great I highly recommended the only thing is that didn’t came with new O ring but i just used the one I had
