You can change where it touches your head by moving it forward and backward, and you can raise or lower the Vision Pro by using the dial at the top. I sometimes tweak these both while wearing it. Dramatically reduces pressure on the nose and cheeks. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a snug fit in my case. I have to force it a little. But so far there’s been no problem. Highly recommended.

This bends the straps on the Apple Vision Pro headset and makes this a risk to having your device damaged badly. I returned as it isn’t cleverly engineered to avoid this problem but a nice idea.
