These are great for most applications. They also solve the problem of lost lids for good storage containers. One slight drawback is that if you are using them on glass bowls, they don't "stick" to cold glass. So basically, you can't take something out of your fridge, unseal it and reseal it with the Insta Lid. Once you uncover it, you have to use up the leftovers or wait for the bowl to warm up. Not a huge deal. I would still buy more and recommend them.

Disappointed because this came with no package or information sheet. It was meant to be a gift and I don’t see how I can give this to my friend the way it was packaged. Wish I would have known. Don’t know how these work because like I said....they were a gift.

These are great! I always wanted something like this and used wrap or foil but now with these... the possibilities are endless!! The kid doesn't wanna finish his cup of milk? Top it back in the fridge, the dog being picky about her food, top that and put it on the counter so the other dog doesn't eat it. Bowl of stir fry rice I made and cannot finish? I can now just top that and fridge it!

Love using these lids instead of clear plastic, Saran wrap. Only eat half your food in a bowl or on a plate? Or make up an extra plate for leftovers tomorrow? Just cover with one of these and put in the fridge. No need to put in a different container for another dish to wash. I haven't tried microwaving and don't plan on it. Reusable so I'm not creating garbage either...go green!

You need to make sure that the surface is not slippery because it takes some effort to put the lids on. I used it for glass container and noted that it has to be completely dry otherwise it does not stick.

Great but not quite as easy as it looks on the vide, especially on non circular items

If I can give 0.01 star, I would. This item is only good when your bowl is dry and room temperature. I used it to cover a large bowl of soup and placed the bowl in the fridge. Took out the bowl after a while, opened to get some soup from the bowl, the cover would not stick to the bowl because the bowl and the cover were cold. With Saran-wrap type products, you can reuse the cover even if both bowl and cover were cold. And just like Saran-wrap type products, you cannot stack up something on top of this cover anyway.

It’s ok. They stretch well but using them as covers in the microwave they pop off
