Great for cooking
Always excellent for cooking. Full flavour. I do get the impression it’s not quite as outstanding as it used to be when I’d buy it in America. Not cheap :0

Always Fresh - Why Buy This Little Container? - Excellent Pepper
McCormick "anytime" needs no "talking up" as there is no other company that takes spices as seriously as McCormick. This black pepper is no exception. All of their black pepper products are top notch. We also use course grind in bulk containers for cooking, making sausage, etc... . In particular to this exact canister size of pepper: The pepper itself is a fine table grind with good bite and flavor. It's spiciness level is exactly what you would expect from fresh ground with the ease of use. The canister itself is easy to use and seals the pepper from the environment. I live in a very humid location and the pepper always stays dry and never clumps, etc... . The value for the money comes in the fact the smaller amount of pepper stays fresher than a large bulk container. We buy one of these smaller ones every few months for table use and the pepper never looses its kick.

Having a quality product to live up to its name
Household choice from McCormick Pilgrim black pepper the family really enjoys it we've been using this for many many years as always a black pepper that this family uses since I've been born that's all this family ever knows great quality that's grounded up perfectly it is fit flavorful We go through a lot of it especially when we're cooking with it it could be a little spicy if you use a lot of it

I use black pepper almost every day, and this ground pepper has been a solid addition to my kitchen. The flavor is fresh, bold, and adds a nice kick to soups, eggs, pasta, and grilled meat. I also like that the texture is fine enough to mix evenly into recipes without clumping. The container is easy to store and convenient to use while cooking. However, the shaker opening pours out a little more pepper than I’d like if tilted too quickly, so you have to be careful. The aroma fades slightly after being open for a while too. Overall, it’s a flavorful and reliable spice for everyday meals.
