No bolt in mine
Received two rubber pads and the large dished retaining disc but no nut/bolt/washer. Pretty poor show when I now have to source my own and this isn't exactly cheap for what it is. Edges of the retaining disc could be eased a little but certainly aren't dangerous and can be easily eased yourself with a file or abrasive paper etc.
