Product is exactly as described- the ‘sliding hatch’ to keep the blades in place can be a bit tricky to push all the way in but this will probably ease with use. Really easy to use with good results - I used it to trim shrubs in the garden and cut the grass around a grave.

I needed something to trim back a couple of small shrubs. This is perfect. Even impressed my gardener friend with the end result. Just be careful with thicker branches they will jam it. It didn't take long at all to trim the Shrub back with these shears.

I read other reviews and was slightly worried about changing the "blades" but I found them very easy and not a problem at all. This is so easy to use for quick jobs around the garden don't know why I waited so long to buy one

Totally rubbish hand held garden trimmer gave up the ghost after three uses. It would appear to have a bad electrical connection and cuts out intermittently when not even under load. After only having the product for two an a half months contacted the seller who had no interest to do anything about it. This product is supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years!! I would advise you to steer clear of A2Z Garden Solutions unless you want to be ripped off like me!!

I bought these and what a find, makes doing the hedge a doddle! Although l haven't really used them as my partner has now taken over the role of hedge trimmer "boy toy"....
