I only used this machine once or twice because my body has a situation that did not support the use of this much vibration

This machine is far too chunky, heavy and big. There is nothing streamline about it, its bulky and does not do what it claims. We bought it for a relative, but once it arrived, we found out, this machine has NO MEDICAL EVIDENCE to support weight loss of body pain relief. Had to pat an additional 42.00 to return this price of non-sense & still more than a month later have not received our refund.

this machine came as perfect size for my apartment. I let it shake me for a 10 min session every night before sleep. Really helps me relax and gets me a good night of sleep. It runs really quiet. I'll give it 5 stars for the good price.

I love the Full Body Vibration Platform. It is easy to use and adjust. I had been wanting to get one for a few years and this one is perfect! It is quiet and sturdy. The workout bands are great too. Great price and good quality.

Really helps my back.

Not really practical

I love this. It's great to use with yoga poses amongst many other things. It helps loosen my muscles in my back and anywhere else that hurts. It really does give you a good workout. I like to use it to plank and it adds that extra umph to my workout.
