I’m not real sure what magnesium is supposed to do for you, but it seems to be working. OK. Doesn’t make me sick.. supposed to help absorb other vitamins so I don’t know if it’s working or not??

Doesn't really work
I have changed to a different kind. I have taken this one for over 2 months and it doesn't really do anything for you. I have switched to one that helps with sleep and migraines, which is what I bought this one for and I have had more migraines taking these than I have on the last 6 months.
