This has good amount of copper strands inside and has the right thickness to run short to medium lengths. Cable is not too stiff or too soft. The grey line marking on the cable makes it easy to identify the polarity. I use this to connect the front three speakers to AVR. I have been quite impressed with it and have ordered more for surround as well.I dont see the need to spend big $$ on speaker cables as its a very slippery slope once you start to split hairs on sound quality difference between the cables. I have done extensive testing on my own equipment and have concluded its a waste of money to go beyond a price on cables. I have owned Musical Fidelity M6i and Monitor Audio gold GS60 and have swapped the speaker cables with 4 types on it. There was no audible difference among them. Folks owning much more expensive systems will be led to believe cheaper cables will be weak link in their system. They have already spent the money on their system and wont want to settle for lesser cables which 'may' affect the quality of sound. This is how the cable industry is making money out of expensive cables. Some may argue I dont know what I'm talking about but please do yourself a favor and try a blind test listening.I cant make comments like, audio through this cable is smooth, detailed etc because those things are attributes of an speaker or an amp. What I can say is the signal through these dont feel degraded or doesnt pick up any interference form the power cables running over them. Im happy with the quality and consider this one a good value for the money paid.

Rather than spend £50 on 10 metres of cable from a well-known street store, and have to wait for their slow delivery, I spent much less on 20 metres of this excellent cable.I'm not one to believe that there is a noticeable quality gap between this cable and much more expensive options. For me, it came in a small package, was easy to cut to size and strip the thick outer from. Plugged in it works as expected, and I have zero concerns. The cable is quite thick, which is good, but quite fiddly to fit to pin connectors (the type that pinch open to accept the cable). I'd recommend getting some 2mm pin connectors if you have those.*** Pros ***- Great value- Works as expected - great sound- Quick shipping, and comes packaged very small (easy handling and moving around)- Grey line on one of the lines, so you can tell which is positive / negativeCan't think of any cons.Recommend that you look at 2mm banana plugs if you have to use pin connectors (the ones that pinch open).

I am no audiophile, and I don't pretend to be but I DO like my music. Luckily I was able to get a pair of 2nd hand Eltax Speakers, and after reading some glowing reviews about them decided to do the speakers justice by purchasing what I believe to be one of the best quality speaker cables available. I am glad I did! The sound is superb, largely I believe due to the cable I have chosen. Previously the sound was muffled and dull, now there's a clarity and definition to the sound that I couldn't hear before! As you can see from my photos, I have made some different lengths of speaker cable so I can site my speakers at different locations in the living room. I must say, with the combination of Eltax Speakers, this speaker cable and the easy fit banana plugs I connected, i am listening to music I listened to in my earlier years and the sound is AMAZING! So the 2nd hand speakers only cost £20 and I paid 3 times that for 10m cable AND 3 sets of plugs, but it was well worth it! I've rediscovered Dire Straits, Genesis, Eurythmics and much,much more. At times it feels like a sensory delight, when the kids are at school and nursery. If you're ever in any doubt about what speaker cable to buy, take a punt on this. You won't be disappointed! Yes, it's a bit of effort to set things up but you won't regret it. Even through my phone's Bluetooth the quality of the music is unparalleled. I ordered the 10 m - 2 x 2.5 mm² option. Plenty of cable for my needs in a 17ft long living room. A Highly Recommended product from a 5* Seller.

I do like this cable. It appears to be very good quality and I really like the transparent covering allowing you to see the copper inside - cool.I bought this as a kind of experiment, to see if I could improve the sound of my system. The HiFi press are always going on about quality speaker cable and compared to what you can pay for high end stuff this was relatively inexpensive.I'm using this to connect a pair of Q Acoustics 3020 speakers to an Onkyo A9010 amplifier. Both of these components receive constantly good reviews in the UK media. My room is roughly 4.5 meters by 4.5 meters in size, not too large.Prior to using this cable I was using some cheap cable from Screwfix (Philex speaker cable 2-core x 13 strand, £6 for 50m). And you know what? I can't hear any difference in the sound between my cheap cable and this.Maybe the relatively short cable lengths used mean that this cable is not really able to strut its stuff. If I was buying cable again I'd probably go for something a little cheaper, maybe the AmazonBasics 16-Gauge Speaker Wire.

Jag kan inte påstå att jag hör skillnad på kablar men känns tryggt att ha en hyfsat bra kvalitet. Lagom tjocka och smidiga för att inte orsaka problem men inte så tunna att de riskerar att påverka ljudet. Finns säkert snyggare kablar men de här smälter in bra mot de vita golvlisterna.

Descrizione del prodotto: cavi realmente OFC, apparentemente ben fatti, con filamenti che non si sfilacciano al taglio, ben riconoscibili i canali dx e sn. Sono sufficientemente grossi e al tempo stesso flessibili, validi per un uso Entry level e – secondo me- anche per HiFI non sofisticatissima; se si vuole una resa ancora migliore e/o le casse devono essere collegate lontano dall’amplificatore, sicuramente è meglio usare il 2x4 mm ² (attenzione, quando di taglia il cavo potrebbe sembrare che sia più piccolo di quello ordinato : infatti non bisogna confondere lo spessore con l’area di sezione , che è quella a cui ci si riferisce! ). Si tagliano e si spellano bene con le apposite pinze. Arrivati come prestabilito e avvolti strettamente in confezione di nylon entro una busta con carta interna a pallini.Resa sonora: premettendo che sono solo un audiofilo appassionato di HiFi e di musica classica, senza una competenza approfondita in materia di acustica ecc, a me pare che il prodotto sia molto valido e a cifra ragionevole. Io ho un Ampli Nad (suono neutro e puro, senza colorazioni particolari) abbinato a due coppie anteriori di casse acustiche (2 gloriose AR 10π perfettamente funzionanti ) con cavi Monster Cable 2x4 mm ² e 2 Celestion Mission posteriori con cavi molto più “andanti”. E’ per queste ultime che ho usato i cavi DCSK . A mio parere, ripeto non da tecnico raffinato, l’impianto è migliorato come resa dinamica sui medio-bassi e mi sembra che il suono sia più definito e brillante per quanto riguarda le casse posteriori, in definitiva più puro.Una nota è d’obbligo: in realtà ritengo che i giudizi che vengono espressi dai vari recensori dei cavi (compreso il mio) sulla reale resa timbrica e qualitativa siano abbastanza aleatori, poiché una valutazione seria e responsabile andrebbe fatta solo mettendo a confronto lo stesso impianto con cavi diversi, cosiccome la valutazione di casse acustiche e/o amplificatori andrebbe fatta nel proprio ambiente domestico mettendo a confronto diverse soluzioni di casse e ampli. Quanti lo fanno ?Per concludere acquisto consigliato, i suddetti DCSK 2x2.5 mm² mi sembrano un ottimo acquisto e a cifra contenuta, senza necessità di spendere una fortuna per cavi blasonati e costosissimi. Valutare l’opportunità eventualmente di acquistare quelli a sezione maggiore (4 mm²)

Hi,ich habe das Kabel benötigt um damit die 4*6 Meter zu überwinden von meiner Anlage bis zu den Boxen.Der Klang ist perfekt, kein rauschen und schöne tiefe Bässe an meiner Teufel Anlage.Einzigstes Problem was ich hatte war, dass das Kabel zu dick war für den Input meiner Boxe (4mm2). Dieser Fehler liegt aber bei mir und nicht an dem Produkt selbst. Habe es dennoch rein bekommen in die Lautsprecher.In meinem Fall hatte ich dringend 4mm2 benötigt da sonst der Dämpfungsgrad bei über 6 Meter zu hoch gewesen und es mit Klangverlust verbunden gewesen wäre.Das Kabel lässt sich ein wenig schwierig auseinander ziehen. Was aber die anderen geschrieben hatten, dass ich extra dafür eine Schere brauchen müsste stimmt in meinem Fall nicht.Meine Freundin hatte mir geholfen, Sie hatte eine Schere genommen. Funktionierte auch ohne Probleme
