APP Bluetooth Control Electric Folding Treadmill TRM003

This treadmill is cheaply made and the company only uses a gmail address for customer service instead of a real contact telephone #. I tried to contact the company because the belt got shredded on one side from a mistake I made in adjusting the belt. They never wrote me back and the belt can't be removed like other treadmills. It was easy to use when I could use it but then I messed up the belt by loosening it too much.The seller offered to give me a laughable refund of only $10.00 for refusing the shipment when I got cold feet about this purchase given my lack of a job and that was before COVID19. I paid this guy over $500 and then he tells me he'll only refund me a measly 10 bucks? It would be worth at least a $100 refund not $10. Don't buy this brand treadmill. You get what you pay for and you'll be sorry when the company doesn't write you back an e-mail. They don't have an 800 # customer service line! Made in China. KEEP AWAY!

While this treadmill serves a purpose, it's not for long term use. After only five years my Nordic Track died and I didn't think I got my money's worth so I looked for a less expensive treadmill and saw this one with all the great reviews. We call it Treadmill Jr since it's so much smaller than our old one. After only six months the motor completely stopped and while I appreciate the company wanting to send me a new motor, I'm unhappy that after paying for the first installation, now I have to fix it on my own, which is not something I'm good at. I would say if you're going to use this product daily to look for a product that can handle the demand as this is not it.

Item is better than the previous treadmill I owned-but was also $200 more. It makes a slightly rubbing noise which I have yet to understand where its coming from. I do like the graphics and the walking part of the treadmill Is easy on the feet, Would rate as 4-if no rubbing noise I would give a 4 1/2.

this treadmill broke about 10 months after purchase. I tried reaching our to the manufacturer before the 1 year warrenty period expired, they referred me to the amazon seller, who told me that i was out of warrenty period by the the time i reached out to him and would not honor it, even with proof of emails that i reached out to the manufacturer first.

Easy to assemble. No need for a technician. No wiring involved. Just install a few screws. Works great right out the box. Wife loves it with the auxiliary jack and speakers

Easy to set up, but not calibrated correctly. Usually run at a 5 Speed on every other treadmill, this one I have to set at over a speed of 7.

I love this treadmill!! It's easy to assemble and use.

Treadmill runs very smooth and I’m very happy with it! My only complaint is that the arm bars are a little narrow so I bump it a lot, but overall I couldn’t be more happy with it
