This device comes with a charging cable, so you don't have to buy extra batteries. It also comes with an extra set of blades, which was unexpected and appreciated. It is so easy to use, just turn it on and run it over your item. It is pretty quiet, sort of a hum/fan sound, and it feels like you are just 'vacuuming' away all the fabric pills.I can't believe how long it took me to buy an item like this. It made my coat look brand new again. I am looking forward to using it on my sweaters as well!

Plugged it in to charge and the batteries melted. There was goo everywhere. I ended up taking it to be disposed of properly instead of mailing it back.I never write reviews but this one needs it.

We love this! Our couch was starting to look so beat up but this little thing has completely changed that! The trick is to go slow! We originally bought for the couch but I’ve been using it on clothing items, throw pillows, etc!

I had a black cotton skirt that I washed and it pilled so badly. This did a great job at removing any pilling without damaging the fabric.
