The speakers being in the bottom compromises the sound quality I think.

The case is great. The seller not so great. Never mentioned it was just the case. I thought I was buying a speaker too. I returned it. Nice case but worthless without the speaker! LOL.

I bought this for my son to use at work. I read all the reviews , both good and bad, and decided to give it a try. After all, it’s in a good price range, looks very nice and seems to be exactly what I was looking for. BIG MISTAKE ...it did arrive in just 2 days as promised...but that’s where the Good ends. I ordered the silver one thinking it would be easy to find and quite stylish for a man . What I got was a cheap looking ( not shiny or as pictured) speaker that had a horrendous sound. The volume was horrible and if you tried to turn it up , all it did was sound even more distorted . My son didn’t want to complain so he said he wanted to keep it. Well, that lasted for about 10 minutes before he came back and said he didn’t want me to waste my money.....it was a piece of junk ( I had ordered the case for it too ) . We decided to return it and get something else. The return was very easy as Amazon stands behind its policies. I really did want to like this item , but , when you buy something for its sound and all you get is distortion .....what can I say.....can’t do...

This thing packs a powerful punch. I bought two, one I have connected to a bathroom echo and the other one I travel with. It's perfect for traveling, patios, bathrooms and the sound is great for the price. I have it 4 stars because well, it's not Bose, but if you want an inexpensive travel buddy or something to give your bathroom or garage echo more sound quality, this is great.

This speaker case is always attached to my work backpack and has taken a few hits every now and then. No damage found at all on the speaker after a bump, a must buy if you have purchased the XLeader speaker.

I bought this little case so I could take the speaker to work with me and not worry about damage. It works perfect. Nice and small and protects well. Zipper works easily and cord fits nicely in with the speaker.

I guess I should have read everything better. Was looking for a real cheap BT speaker. This is nothing but a carry case!!! The reviews are so deceiving that makes it seem like a speaker. Oh well $6 bucks wasted.

Nice little speaker for the money and the case is a nice addition to make it last on work site
