Far exceeded my expectations, and I’m soooo glad I gave this a try as it’s worked wonders for my husband and I.We mix 2tbls into our morning smoothie everyday and it gives us enough energy to last throughout the entire day! And it’s a good healthy energy, not the type where you crash half way through your day.We like it so much, we’ve already re-purchased 3xs!And will continue to order as we absolutely HAVE to have this stuff!

This is a great omega 3 oil! It really helps fight inflammation. I love using it on my face at night.

Been drinking this stuff for almost a decade. Add it to my smoothies. One of the few things I know of that has all three Omegas (3,6,9) in perfect balance which is what your body desperately craves and needs.

These Omega 3 fatty acids are very good for your health. This oil mix contains Flaxseed oil as the first ingredient, so it is pretty bitter. I'm really not a fan of the flavor of flaxseed oil so for me, the only way I'll consume this is by masking it within smoothies and mixing it into salad dressings.
