KnifelessFinish Line Vinyl Wrap Cutting Tape Roll for Pinstriping and Detailing (10m Roll w/Detailer)

This is quite simple in design and works great. It’s basically a very thin piece of yarn underneath transparent green tape. You stick the tape on wherever you want to make your “cuts” and apply the vinyl on top of the tape. The only tricky part is starting the pull. (I had a hard time separating the thread from the green film, which is how you initiate the “cut). However, once the thread had been separated, you just pull and it cuts your thread. Absolutely brilliant. And need for a knife anywhere near the paint job.

This stuff is amazing and so great to not have to use a blade on the car paint or interior trim pieces. Very easy to use, I just watched 1 how to video and I had it down pat Makes putting vinyl on in hard to cut places very very easy. Just buy a big roll of this because 10M doesn't go far at all. If ur in to vinyl wrapping, knifeless tape is a must!

Makes laying shaped vinyl SOOO much easier. Just cut it to shape right on the car or surface it's going on! The only thing is, if you're doing a wet application make sure it's fully dried and adhered before trying to cut it with the tape.

the cost is expensive for the quantity. but the product provides a great finish, even for armatures such as me. lots of online videos available

Adhesive isn't the best but this stuff is the best way to get clean cuts with vinyl... A must in the toolbox for folks wrapping cars

Great product. Could be more sticky and for that I give it a 4 star. Over all it's great value for the money and works as described

The cutting string had a tendency to move under the tape when trying position / reposition. Couldn't make lines nearly as clean as the less expensive wire tape.

Good quality and worked well.

I tried to use this knifeless tape when wrapping my car and the string broke every time. I even heated the film so it was soft- nope it wouldn't cut. I had to go out and buy another take locally so I could finish the job. Do not buy this stuff unless you are cutting toilet paper.
