★☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with the XElectron iProjector 1 Plus. The image quality is below my expectations, and the Android system frequently hangs, making the projector frustrating to use. I have used multiple projectors before, so I am familiar with what to expect from a projector in this price range. Based on my experience, this product does not meet the standards I expected. I contacted Amazon technical support regarding the issues and requested a return. I was informed that only a replacement was available. However, I do not want a replacement because I have lost confidence in this product. What disappointed me even more was that Amazon support advised me to contact the XElectron team directly for further assistance. As a customer who purchased the product through Amazon, I expected better support and a clearer resolution process. This experience has reduced my trust not only in the product but also in the after-sales support provided for it. Overall, I am not satisfied with either the product performance or the support experience.
