Very happy with this reel for BFS fishing. solid feel and fit and finish way better than I expected at this price point. I have a a few Shimano's and I have no issue including this in my rotation for super light lures.

Pretty decent reel for someone who is getting into BFS and not wanting to spend a fortune on JDM BFS reels. Casts very smooth, holds a decent amount of line and sturdy for being made primarily outta plastic.

Great little reel for the money. Changed the bearings to some speed spool hybrid bearings and this thing cast light weight a mile.

Well made, function is very good for the price. The bearings are very smooth. The only thing I can say bad about it is that you'd better be very on point with your casting technique (be smooth) and reel adjustments or you will be spending more time picking out bird nests than fishing.

Was able to cast 2 gram lures. excellent bfs reel. Drag is smooth and sensitive. I fished it with 8# test line on a kuying Teton rod 6’6” 2 to 10 gram lures 3 to 8 lb test line. The reel feels really crank heavy was my only dislike. But it performs so well for the price point I would buy it again. It’s a blast to catch bluegill on a bait caster.

I have had the opportunity to fish with this reel and I am really impressed with its ability to handle light lures. So far I have cought a couple of decent channel catfish while flipping a three inch senko.

Works great. My son loved his gift and he was excited as he can catch the smaller fish.
