Had weak hive being robbed. This device fits on front of the hive, simply thumb tacked on (tacks included). Directs bees from hive up front of hive through 1 or 2 little open doors. Robbers following the scent of honey still try to enter straight into original hive opening but are blocked. They can't figure it out but hive inhabitants come and go from different access. Vents are in front of beehive entrance. Nice clean white plastic with very easy install. Side tabs can be cut off for 8 frame hive.

This product was used to keep yellow jackets out of the hive. It worked well and was easy to install. Bees learned how to use it in short order.

This product stopped wild bee stealth robbing of one of our hives - worked like a charm and bees were calm and healthy all season afterward. Doesn’t impead honey production or removal of dead bees from the hive!

I ordered a pair just to check them out. I had a hive getting robbed. It took seconds to get this installed. I will be ordering more. Sorry the pic isn’t better. I wasn’t getting any closer in just a pair of shorts. Lol.

Not as advertised. They do not say that these screens only work if you have a deep super. I bought two and installed on my two medium supers and then the robbing started! Bees could come and go from several places because the screens do not fit tightly on my medium supers. Plus one of the push pin broke off so there was even less ability’s to install the screen tightly.In my emails between the company and me, they will not refund my money, even tho I sent the, pictures of the problem. Bad customer service. It’s a good idea and could work. But only if your bottom super is a deep

These work perfectly on our hives. Love that we can reduce the entrances during Robbing. Also great for air flow with all the holes .

I have 1 hive with traditional screen, and 2 with this one. I treated with hopguard for mites and started a robbing frenzy. Reduced hole. Mailed to Amazon for the plastic screen. Got it. Removed entry reducer totally. Installed plastic screen. Robbing got under control, but bees bearded for 2 days. Removed plastic screen to check. 300 dead bees piled up blocking entrance. Couldn't see them thru the white plastic. It works, but you have no visibility like with a wooden screen.

Pretty cool item. Easy to install! I thought about building my own, but these were much easier and a very fair price.
