Do not buy this
The electric forward reverse and speed control switches are very poor quality. They are certainly not marine grade.The forward reverse switch failed after just one day! The manufacturers website is “unavailable “ other trolling motor parts supply shops show “no results found for water snake T24S” Very disappointing!!! Now I have to look for repair parts from other sources that will work on this piece of junk!

Purchased for my Hobie Mirage Revolution. Perfect fit. Took it out today for first time and am blown away.My wife took a spin and told me to order one for her!

Oooopsie.
Confession time.. I made one just like this. All excited, I took it out yesterday. I poked it up at the boat dock, switched it on to make sure it had power and didn’t get it turned off properly. By the time I got on the water it had heated up and damaged the seals on the drive head. Still worked for the day and was happy with the performance. Bought a new one to replace it. Lesson learned.
