The list of resources in this book is focused on the UK, but I found the information to be excellent no matter where you live. Great insights on social I ssues for adults on the high functioning end of the spectrum. Also many useful suggestions for parents, employers, and especially counsellors on the right questions to ask those with Asperger's and how to offer them assistance.

What an insightful read. I was captivated and couldn’t put the book down until I had finished it. As somebody recently diagnosed with Aspergers, It was wonderful reading other people’s stories after diagnosis; And in general all the snippets from people diagnosed with ASD were great to read. It really helped me see that I’m not on my own. The book was very cleverly written, using people’s stories and comments throughout it.I think perhaps the most helpful part of this book, is that it is relate-able. Definitely to people with ASD and perhaps also to those who know somebody with ASD. As well as being informative to the general public.If you are newly diagnosed, or just want to learn more about Autism Spectrum Disorder, I thoroughly recommend giving this a read.
