The reality is that the sound is fine and the battery life is adequate. I had lost my 800 series headset with the retractable earbuds and was in a hurry and ordered this one as a replacement not realizing that the earbuds aren't retractable.The earbuds sit safely in the ends of the headset and are easy enough to use but I struggled with the wire and how it connects to the body of the headset. Many people wouldn't be bothered but this but I'm not that guy.I don't hate these, I just don't like them. The price was good and the sound quality is good, but I just cant get past the wires. Maybe it is just a personal problem. I ended up ordering another 800 series headset and am happy again

I have always had pretty good luck with LG wireless headsets. Unfortunately, not with this set. One of the earpieces quit working after just three months. I take good care of my headset so I was surprised when it quit working.The other thing about this particular headset that I don’t like is the bulky hard plastic end in the earpiece itself. It is awkward and the earpieces do t stay as well as other LG sets I have owned. I will purchase another LG set at some point because I have had the pest luck with their headsets. I just don’t care so much for this particular set.

The headset seems fine and is a substantial, solid weight. The range is a bit small but I can deal with that, I think. The item was rather expensive given others on the market but it came with accessories that I thought would be useful, namely the separate battery that will charge the headset and my phone. Unfortunately, the battery evidently overheated at some point prior to me receiving it and had expanded to the point the case was broken so was useless. All in all, a bit expensive but if the headset works it won't be a total loss. I am disappointed that the battery charger was a bust though.

I bought these "new" but it definitely doesn't seem like they were new. Inside and out the box and the headphones have a concerning layer of dirt like they were unearthed along with Tutankhamun and should be on display alongside him. Anyway I've bought these exact headphones before and they are good I hope these will work after I clean them.

LG is my favorite brand for wireless earbuds. I use them daily and each pair lasts about 2 years.

Its been opened and used brfore. Parts missing. Cable would not charge head set i thought they were broken as well. I tried new charging cable i was able to charge and connect. Im grateful for the price fits them being used and having missing parts.

The threadlike wires connecting to the earbuds tore off after getting stuck to my jacket's zipper just once. I enjoyed the sound quality and button interface, but I can't recommend a product that is destroyed so easily from pretty typical routine usage.

Sometimes they cut out even when the phone is in my pocket, my other bluetooth headphones didn't have this issue, so I'm not sure what it is, otherwise the sound is great, they are lightweight and comfortable. Definitely a great buy!
