I bought this product as I have got into this new routine of having warm lemon water with Himalayan salt every morning as there are great health benefits to it. I didn't want to use anything shop bought and wanted a pure organic product. I know this isn't organic, but going on the description and information provided it was close. The first few times I used it I was slightly grossed out after I found bits of the salt at the bottom of my mug that just wouldn't dissolve into the water. I tried crushing it with a spoon and it was little bits of rock. After panicking considering I have bought 4 bags of this stuff and the main writing on the bag talks about detoxification I was concerned it may not be suitable for cooking or consuming after all. Turns out it is absolutely normal for pure Himalayan salt to have these little bits which are actually minerals and therefore won't do you any harm, but I would probably still advice to not use it in a salt grinder and just avoid it unless you know for sure what it is. Overall great taste and I have genuinely felt a difference from using it.

I use this product for detoxifying and find it to be a relaxing and invigorating experience! The product does what it says on the tin and the delivery etc was prompt and as described.
