Great sound quality and volume in such a small speaker! Worked very well with usb turntable that had aux outputs. Was a gift the recipient was very with.

I took a chance on these because I needed something, but I really should have known better. Let's start with what I liked:Pros:- Sound quality: The quality for the music was good. Not great, but good. At first, I thought it was just turning up the volume on the laptop and boosting it somehow, but it was the speakers. No bass to speak of.- Compact: I liked how small they are because I have limited space, and they fit perfectly.Cons:Dialogue Quality: Speech on here sucks. It sounds like someone talking through the cardboard roll of used paper towels. I bought these speakers to be able to hear my clients better without having to use my earbuds, and even with the volume set to max, I barely hear them.Cord: The cord connecting the two speakers is really short (24"), leaving you with roughly 22 1/4" on the inside from speaker to speaker. I barely got it to fit around the laptop stand, and because it was so close, it was picking up the stray frequencies.High pitch: I have a USB hub that is connected to a powerstrip. Since the speakers are USB powered, when I plug them in there is a high pitched *skrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeee* noise that comes from the speakers. After only a few minutes of this, I unplugged the USB hub to find that it was still doing it, albeit to a lesser degree.I'm going to be returning them and getting something better that will fit my needs. I don't recommend these.

I bought these speakers for a home office. Being in a basement, the silence is deafening at times. I'm not gaming or watching movies other than YouTube, so I wasn't looking for anything extraordinary. I just needed speakers that are inexpensive and work. These more than fit that bill.The finish is fantastic. They're actually quite attractive speakers, as far as desktop electronics go. The blue LED lighting is anything but distracting and adds a tasteful accent, though that's a moot point since I have them placed behind my monitors where I can't see them.The speakers have an integrated volume control that is easy to grab and turn down when the phone rings; much quicker than using the keyboard volume control or having to use the software-based volume control.So far the sound exceeds my expectations for $20 speakers. They are not tinny at modest volume levels, and have a decent range. If you're looking for bass, get something with a dedicated subwoofer. These have enough punch, in my opinion, for a desktop speaker.My ONLY gripe with these speakers, thus far, is that the cord connecting the left and right speaker units isn't quite long enough to get to the outside of a (2) 24'' monitor setup. The units sit just behind the outside edge of each of the monitor bases. I would have liked to get them closer to the edges so I could point the speakers outward more.Overall, GREAT speakers for the price. If you just need inexpensive speakers for some background noise/music, these are some of the best I've encountered.

I am very impressed with these speakers they really sound good for the money and have a nice big blue colored surround volume control...Again if your putting together a studio on a real tight budget these will work of you...Gary

Not as loud as I thought they would be but good

Came with only 2 cords coming from the speakers. The one that connects the two speakers and the usb cord. No aux cord. Couldn't use them at all. These cords come from inside the speaker. No way to connect my own aux cord. Will be returning.

Great little speakers, super loud for their size and they look great very modern.

Speakers are a good deal. I use it for the main pc and it’s loud for the size.
