The Renogy 100w solar panel charges the EcoFlow when it gets enough sunlight, with the EcoFlow automatically switching from wall power to 100% solar when it receives enough sunlight with the batteries charging sufficiently to run the communication equipment for about 5 hours after sunset, when the EcoFlow will automatically switch back to wall power. This is our second Renogy set up for batteries on heavy equipment. Works in all weather and maintains batteries perfectly. Snow is the only issue, you have to keep snow off the solar panel. The solar panel charges well even in winter and cloudy days. We work in forested environments where there is little direct sun. Still works very well. Easy to install and solid. First one we installed in a rough terrain forklift that is older. It has some electrical leaks, this panel and a renogy controller keeps it ready to start year round in New England winters. If you’re using this on heavy equipment or trucks to keep the batteries in good shape, you’ll be making a good choice.
