App is really crappy. It comes with ads, no way to disable it.The watch itself is terrible too. I was really excited to have it since watches I tried so far only supported 2G, and in my area, 2G signal sucks.This supports 3G, however, once it shows 80% battery left then a few minutes later it turns off and wouldn't turn on unless I charge it. When I plugged in, it showed 20% battery left. Can't be trusted.

I am using AT&T, it has good network coverage in area.When I am using locate option, it always says "no network equipment "Also same is response when you for photo option.Call option works well but we needed other important features which were the selling point...Otherwise we can buy simple phone and give to kid..

All in all very satisfied with this watch. To be completely honest, I didn't have the highest expectation but after trying the watch for a few days I can say is a good value for the money I paid. My daughter likes too, she will start using it everyday by the end of August when the school starts. One negative think could be maybe the advertising showing up on the apps, but not deal breaker.

Watch works good but alot of functions don't work unless your connected to Wi-Fi.

Description said it work for 3G carrier. It didn’t work for AT&T. Support advices me to try T-mobile (which is extremely poor coverage in my area). I bought 3G to go with AT&T and it didn’t work. I had to return it.

A year ago, I have been trying different GPS trackers for my daughter, and they have not been compatible with my phone company or the margin of error that indicates the GPS location is very high. I use this watch with the service of AT&T and it's great for me, my daughter is amazed with her new gift. Another thing that I really liked was the packaging of the product. Very good work from this seller!!

I was very disappointed in the quality of this watch especially for the amount of money that I paid. I went and spent 2 hours at AT&T having them put a SIM card in it which was a waste of time also because the app didn't even locate my child unless she was home on the Wi-Fi. The battery life on this thing is horrible I charged it overnight it was at 100% in the morning And by 2 p.m the battery had died. The app was so hard to set the watch up to and It has so many ads. Don't waste time and money on this watch, just spend the extra money and go to Verizon and get your kids the gizmo watch.
