I have found that this made a good supplement routine even better for keeping prostrate symptoms in check. I did stop taking it for a few weeks and then resumed to see if I could confirm the benefit with some certainty, and I absolutely can. So pleased to have found this enhancement to my primary supplement.

This is very good It’s far much better than the medicine my Doctor prescribed for me. I Don’t go to the bathroom several times at night anymore and it has enhanced my sex drive.I don’t know what they used in making it but it’s very good .

I avoid supplements in gelatin caps. If this product was in a non-cow cap, I would consider buying it again. Otherwise, good product!

In my case, after going to bed I would often have to get up after an hour or so having to use the bathroom. Taking three capsules of this stuff with dinner has let me sleep FIVE hours without getting up. Simply amazing. I'm going to try cutting back to 2 capsules and see what happens (one capsule did not work). But all in all, the most dramatic positive effect from any supplement I've ever taken.
