This soap dispenser works great, looks great in the bathroom , I have it on my sink counter,It’s easy to fill and use , has readout for when soap is getting low and needs refill, also has buttons to adjust flow of liquid soap and lights up when using. This product is perfectly what I wanted ! I recommend this soap dispenser.

You get a lot for your money, especially when it is discounted by $5 coupon sometimes. I've only had this for a couple of days, but it seems to work quite well and is well-designed and well-built. It even has a white LED light that comes on to illuminate your hand and the LCD display shows the quantity of soap remaining in the reservoir, the battery life, and the amount of soap to be dispensed (which is adjustable). Most other dispensers do not have an LCD display. So far, the device dispenses Soft-Soap just fine. My only gripe is there is about a one-second delay from when you place your hand under the dispenser till it starts dispensing the soap. This was probably intentional, to give the user time to position the hand correctly, but to me, it is a wasted one-second of time. Other than that, so far it is very good. Hopefully it will hold up, but it does come with a three-year warranty if you register the product online after receiving it. (If you don't register it, you get a one-year warranty.)I will be buying a second unit as soon as another $5.00 savings coupon for it shows up on my Amazon account.

I bought one and really liked it, so I bought a second one for the bathroom. They both have stopped working correctly. The amount of soap that gets dispensed is never the same. Usually way to small of amount then way to much the next time. Both units are doing this. I have tried changing the batteries and the liquid soap and nothing has helped. They worked great for a few months. Very disappointing

The pump keeps running while it barley pumps out any soap. It's a poor appliance to have in a bathroom. I have already stopped using it after a month of trying.

This is by far the best in the market. I don’t normally write reviews but I though this one deserves a thumbs up. I purchased this dispenser to replace a rubbish one that I had.Based on the reviews and the price, I decided to go for this one even though I was not particularly a fun of the colour (white). When the item was received, I could tell straigh away that it was a good product, it looked neat, durable and was very easy to set up. I have used it since March 2019 and the battery is still full capacity. I like the fact that you can choose how much the soap you want dispense. I’m in love with this product and so is my husband!

We ordered the iTronics Automatic Soap Dispenser and received it two days after ordering. We filled it with our favorite hand soap and the dispenser worked flawlessly! We put this dispenser in our kitchen. We especially like the volume ajustment! We are very pleased with our purchase! We now want more for our bathrooms! We are happy customers of iTronics!

I only gave it 3 stars, because the customer service is excellent!The first unit I purchased, was missing a gasket, and I called to ask how the batteries, located under the unit would stay dry. The reassured me that if the unit didn't work properly, that they would replace it.I went ahead and set it up, and noticed right away that the sensor indicating that the dispenser was low/empty was triggered and not reset when the soap was added to the max fill line. I turned off the unit, but that didn't reset, I took out the batteries and that didn't reset it either.The next thing I noticed was that no matter what setting the soap volume was set to, it was an obscene amount of soap dispensed.Also, as I noticed in other comments or questions section, both my units need to prime in between outputs.I called iTronics again and they offered to send a replacement. It arrived within 2 days, and the sensors seem to respond appropriately, but it still requires a prime in between, and the amount of soap dispensed at the lowest volume setting is, in my opinion, waaaay to much.Great customer service though

So far, the soap dispenser is working fine. The only thing I have not liked is that the amount of soap it dispenses changes from use to use. If it hasn't been used in a while, it dispenses only a small, but sufficient, amount of soap (set at the second level). If it was used within several minutes, the second use dispenses really more than I find necessary. This is not a big deal to me, however, and so far, I have been satisfied with the product.
