LOVE Liquid I.V. Sugar Free. I'm constantly drinking it with my bottled water. It's very hot here in SC and it help me to stay hydrated and it also keeps me from getting leg cramps. Very hydrating most packets taste really good but there’s one that’s really nasty. I think it’s apple

Expensive.
Love theses. Easy to take with on the go, just pour your favorite flavor in your water. I think they are expensive but if you need to rehydrate quickly theses do the job. They dissolved fast when added to water. My doctor said I needed more electrolytes and theses worked for me.
