What a great product! We wouldn’t be without Paradise Herbs Blend B-Complex as it’s Methylated which is far superior to run of the mill vitamin B products PLUS….. it’s derived from Food rather than synthetic chemicals! Great Stuff for a Great Price! And the size due to taking two encapsulated rather than one “horse tablet” is very easy to swallow. Thank, Amazon, for making this product available.
