We are now onto our third bottle of this product. I take it 3 times per day within 2 hours of my meal and no later than 1/2 hour before. The product is tasteless and easy to digest, I have major stomach issues and am happy to tell you that this product has not caused me any discomfort. I do find that the sooner I take it the less hungry I am when I have my meal. One downside to this is that sometimes I will take the tablet and then my hunger disappears and I forget to eat this is not good as I don't want to starve my body; my aim is portion reduction not starvation. My husband wasn't taking it correctly as he was just having it just before a meal and he was complaining that it didn't work. Once he started taking it correctly he too began to see a big reduction in appetite.I did read reviews prior to purchasing some people claim the fat melts away it doesn't. I do believe that this products aids weightloss though and it does help with stubborn fat I have noticed a significant change in the fat on my thighs and stomach. I will be focusing on 3 intense gym sessions per week at the moment I am not training as much as I would like to but I do believe that if it werent for the Garcinia in addition to my current exercise regime I would not be enjoying the changes I am seeing in my body as well as my husbands. I dont usually ever try anything other than multivitamins and I was skeptical of this product because so many reviews claimed that it's a scam but now that I have tried it for myself I do question how they were taking it and if they used it as a "supplement " in addition to a healthy lifestyle.
