We have 2 cats that shed a lot of hair. The Eufy works really well at keeping the house clean. Noise level is not that loud. I love that maps the house and then you can select rooms and set schedules. Super cool!

The robot vacuum works great but mapping makes it so much better. The ability to clean rooms or designated areas based on mapping is an extremely handy feature. The app "Eufy Clean" works great on my phone but no Windows version being available is a negative. I hope Eufy comes out with a Windows version of "Eufy Clean" soon.

Unfortunately, this model is actually worse than the Eufy G30/G50 series.I used this on hard flooring to vacuum my pets’ hair. The G30 did it flawlessly. This one can’t. It seems to generate a ton of static on the outer shell and carries the hair everywhere rather than actually vacuum it up. Even after a daily vacuuming schedule, there’s still hair everywhere. Plus, the hair gets easily tangled into every moving part under the robot. It takes way more cleaning than the G30. And it even has less capacity than the G30.The only good thing about this robot is the laser mapping technology… if you can get over the fact that it thinks the sliding glass door is another room. You can create “no-go zones” in the app but it seems to bug out sometimes and ignore the zones.I recommend you just get the G30.

Best purchase I have made in a while. I expected it to be a gimmick but with a 10 year old and 2 dogs my floors have never stayed cleaner. It doesn't do the job of a good full sized vacuum but it keeps everthing pretty clean. It gets all the top dust and animal hair and even does a good job of pulling things out of the corner.The only downside is about every 2 months you have to remap your house because it gets confused. It's one press of a button though so it's really not a but deal. Just a little annoying.

the suction is good, and it seems to be good at being thorough on area covered, it is very loud, and does not have a remote.

I have a 2000 sqft condo with all stained concrete floors and this little vacuum does a great job. The set up in the app was very simple and the vacuum scanned the whole place and then got to cleaning. It takes it just under 2 hours to clean everywhere and then returns itself to the base for charging. The battery is at about 25% after the two hours. For $125 on Amazon Renewed, I can’t see how you could do better. I do empty the tray after each cleaning but that’s no big deal.

Works well the mapping feature made this easy to set up so it goes around the whole house and not just one . I would definitely recommend this to friends and family, saves time.

I am absolutely in love this vacuum. My only wish is that I had gotten the self emptying one because of how often I’m using it and how convenient it is.It picks up my lovely but heavy shedding English bulldog‘s hair off the ground with no problem.It will suck up a cord if you leave it on the ground, but I’ve seen it climb onto my rug perfectly from our hardwood floor and it’s overall so worth it.

Nice unit at a good price, lidar and mapping feature helped to define no-go zone which is helpful, worth the extra cost. Ability to 'climb' is quite good.
