I really LOVE it, we are obsessed with it. Very easy to set it and to connect to the wifi. It’s sooo easy to upload the pictures with the Frameo app, we love that every one with the app can share pictures with us.The quality of the frame it’s pretty good and the high resolution. It’s pretty and black. You can rotate very easy vertical or horizontal as you wish, you can set it on a table or on the wall with a screw (not included) very easy to control it with the settings (display time, time, weather, you can like pictures) you can set a timer on when to turn on and off. Really value for your money!!!! I highly recommendWe really stand in front of it and watch all the pictures and memories we never print or post on social Media

I know there’s newer versions that are probably a bit nicer but I personally love this frame. Was skeptical if it would even work but it actually worked really well! Super easy, all you had to do was download the app and connect it to wifi. Maybe a few updates or whatnot but then you can add whatever pictures you want! Although it’s a little annoying you have to go into the screen to delete pictures instead of on the app, there’s still a lot of cool features on this thing. Screen is decent quality, definitely not apple but you get the value for what you pay. Sound is also adjustable and can be really quiet or really loud if you want. Overall I’m really glad I bought this frame, it’s a great addition to my family home.

I purchased this for a technologically impared relative, as a way to share photos from family members living in different states. It was easy to set up from the touch screen menus, I didn't even need the user manual. It did give me about a dozen failed to connect messages from the app on my phone before it finally worked, but the three other family members who also connected to it did not complain of any such problem. One of their pictures came in sideways, maybe that was the way it was on their phone I don't know, but I was able to rotate it with the settings on the frame. One of them also sent a short video clip which the frame did a nice job of playing. There is a mute button so when the slideshow is looping that audio does not get annoying. So far, I really like it and will probably buy another one for another relative.

We love our frame! I ended up purchasing 6 total for Christmas gifts last year. Unfortunately, however, 2 of the 6 had problems and got stuck on the “loading” screen. I reached out to the seller and they were MORE than accommodating! The first incident, they gladly refunded me, and the second time, they went right ahead and sent me a new frame!No reason to doubt your purchase! If you’re not happy or have issues, customer support is incredible helpful and wants to make it right.

My initial impression of this frame was good. It seemed to be well built and it was easy to setup. Shipped with old version of software but the frame immediately informed me a newer version was available and once I gave the OK the frame automatically downloaded and installed the software. Once configured, I thought I was ready to download all my photos but.... All my pictures are on my PC so I need to be able to download my photos directly to the frame. The frame has a USB type-C USB port so I assumed this would be possible. Unfortunately, when I connected the frame to my PC using a USB type-C cable, the frame would not power up. (I tried using known good cables from 3 manufacturers, but none would power the frame). So I searched the reviews looking for a solution. This lead me to a number of reviews complaining about this same issue. Note: the frame also has a microSD slot so you can download pictures onto a microSD card and display pictures from the card or transfer them to the frame's internal memory for display. Inconvenient, but workable if I had a 32GB micoSD card; the smallest sized microSD card I had was 64GB and Frame will not work with larger sized cards. Had to order one....On a whim while waiting for Amazon to deliver my 32GB microSD card, I decided to try connecting the frame to my PC using a USB type-A to USB type-C cable and low and behold, the frame powered up and I successfully downloaded my photos to the frame!!!!!! Not sure why this works, but I am guessing that the frame does not conform to the USB type-C power communication protocols. Thus, the PC power source was defaulting to 5V @ 900mA which does not supply enough current to power the frame (frame requires 1.5 - 2A) USB type-A ports will supply up to 2.4A which is sufficient to power the frame. I assume any USB type-A to type-C cable will work, but I used an Anker USB type-A to type-C cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DD5YHMH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1)It took some detective work, but I am very happy with the frame now. The display is clear and sharp, its easy to use, has all the download capabilities I required, with the App you can allow other to send you pictures (although I have not tried this), lots of slideshow options and it works great. I highly recommend!!!

Great price, picture quality is very good. It’s a very easy set up and user friendly app to upload pictures. Would recommend!

I use this for my business to share new products info and Give a little bit light towards the self love industry. So many people love how easily it is to work, the quality of images and the price I should get a kick back from all the new purchases I've inspired! My favorite feature is that I have it on a timer, so it turn on when the shop open and goes to sleep when is closes. Perfect purchase.

This is the best gift idea that I found so far. I got one frame for my parents who live in another continent. With just a few clicks I can send pictures to her from my phone. The app is very intuitive, easy to work with even for non-tech/elderly people.The app on the frame can be improved. The disk space is half full and every time I scroll down the picture gallery to delete some of them, the app reboots. I've tried scrolling slower, still no luck. I guess it will get even worse when the disk is full. It would be great if there is a delete option on the screen when the picture is displayed. The notification for a new picture and the option to react on the picture are very nice additions.

So far we really like the Frameo. It's very easy to set-up and we like that people can be added to the Frameo so you can reach add photos to it. Works easily over WiFi and photos load quickly. Photos can also be adjusted on the frame so they show up just how you want them. This will be a great gift for the grandparents. And now, when we have a photo we can really add it from afar. It also has some nice features like the weather and you can add details to each photo. The Stand allows you to put it in vertical or horizontal position. Overall, we like this frame and recommend it.

Purchased as a Mother’s Day gift and she loves it . It was easy to set up and it is easy to add pictures and videos to as well . Picture quality is c isp and clear . Definitely recommend this frame

Easy to set up and use , really like how easy it was to set up and use ( you need WI Fi connection )Just download the app and follow directions. Easy and quick to send photos to the frame from phone and tablet you can give friends and family your frame code and they can send you pictures as well . Unlimited storage is nice . The pictures scroll automatically and the frame can support short video clips with sound (15 sec or less).The frame also will shut itself off at 11 pm and come back on automatically in the morning ( 7am I believe is the time ) The pictures can be basically adjusted on the screen for position of a face or more important part of the photo to be centered.

It works well and I love that we can upload photos immediately and directly from our phones.Great gift for seniors to enjoy photos and videos of family - especially grandchildren and great grandchildren. My dad is 90 years old and he likes watching these photos more than he likes watching TV.
