When fitting the key safe,ensure that there are no hidden cables,cable conduits or pipes below the surface before drilling into a wall. Tools required(not supplied):Hammer drill,drill bit,PH2 screwdriver The key safe should be fitted to a wall using the screws supplied Proceed as follow to fit the key safe: Mark holes on the wall using the holes in the rear of the key as a template. Drill the holes using the hammer Drill and Drill bit. Insert wall plugs into holes if necessary. Fit the key safe to the wall using the screws supplied. Opening the key safe for the first time and setting the combination. Note:The factory preset combination is 0-0-0-0. Turn the dials to preset combination 0-0-0-0 and open the key safe by sliding the locking switch downwards. The reset button is located inside the key safe.Slide the reset button to the upper right position as illustrated. Turn the dials to your desired combination. Choose a combination that is easy for you to remember but difficult for anybody else to guess. Slide the reset button back to the lower left position. The key safe can now only be opened with your personal combination. Do not forget the combination.Make a note of it if necessary. The combination can be changed at any time by following the procedure above.
