Very pleased with the quick service and the product
firm wool pillow which I had been looking for since staying in Berlin and being impressed with the hotel pillows which support your neck well. It may be a bit too firm but you can remove some of the wool if you wish as it zips up. Very pleased with the quick service and the product,
