I am a senior citizen with very short hair who is taking physical therapy in a swimming pool. I bought this swimming cap because I am doing laps after the physical therapy. I have my hair colored and do not want the chlorine to damage my hair color. This swim cap is great and I even keep it on when taking the shower after being in the pool so I don't have to shampoo my hair and go out in the cold weather. My hair stays completely dry except for a small bit of hair at the back of my neck.I am thrilled with this cap. It is a pretty color and I feel like a young woman again when I wear it. Thank you for making such a great product!

I really wanted a cap to keep my hair dry, but unfortunately water gets in around the ears for me and the bottom of my hair gets wet and I do get water in my one ear when swimming. The cap is comfortable, easy to put on and dries out quickly. I have used it twice and the second time was better than the first, but I stopped every lap or so, emptied the water out by my ears and readjusted the cap.

I’ve used this cap 5 days in a row so far. Day 1, I tested it to the max by doing somersaults and swimming underwater. I have shoulder length hair - all of my hair ended up wet day 1. The next days, I went easy and didn’t do somersaults, just swam laps for 500 yards and kept a bun on top of my head and only the lower backside got wet. I use the earplugs as well and they work wonders. I haven’t swam without the ear plugs so I don’t know if the cap will keep water out of my ears but I feel like it won’t and don’t want to risk it. Water in the ears is no fun!

It actually worked to keep my daughters hair dry! This swim cap was recommended to me by her swimming teacher and I am so happy. Her hair was actually dry!

I bought this, thinking it would keep my hair dry when I use our jacuzzi. LOL I should have known better. After years of being in synchronized swimming and wearing a cap, there's no such thing as a "waterproof" cap. Yep, the material is waterproof, but it doesn't seal out the water from seeping in, and wetting the hair. Waste of money.

When I bought this swim cap there were not a lot of reviews, all of the ones were very positive. I have been trying to find a cap that would keep my hair dry and water out of my ears. The cap was good at keeping water out of my ears. When I jumped into the water to push off from the wall, water came pouring into the sides of the cap. I thought that maybe I would keep the cap for the days that I was doing water exercising or just working on my kicks and strokes.As soon as I put it on my head,a piece of the side of the cap just tore. This was only the second time that I had used it. I will be returning this cap. I have bought several swim caps seeking the one that provides the best protection. I have caps that cost a lot less and have held up much better. You cannot always base quality on the price.I had very high hopes for this cap. I guess I will keep looking.

This swim cap really works. I final decided to take up a swimming class. I wore it for my class and it really kept my hair dry. Which was my biggest concern. I was surprise how dry my hair was. I mean I was diving under the water and came out and my hair was fully dry. Only my hairline was wet. Which I believe was my fault. I think I didn’t pull the cap down low enough over my head.

My daughter swims daily on a swim team. This cap keeps all of the chlorine water out from her hair which she appreciates. She loves the fit as well. Great cap.
