This liner is NOT a waterproof so if you want waterproof, this is not the one. And it smudges easily.Good thing is it is easy to remove and you can draw perfectly as you want. Both End are are strong enough that will last long period time. Since I was looking for easy remove liner, I like it. I will probably try other liners in the future.

Pat Magrath eyeliner is the best. I’m a former model so I like to buy everything from her line. Everything about her line including lipstick and lip liners are the best colors.
