Arrived just in time! No idea what was going on with Amazons GPS track (which I love) but it took about four hours for two stops before mine in half a mile!?). Anyway, it's all good! First observation on this - it's smaller than I thought, in all honesty. It's the size of a very large fat can of beans when packed away.It got packed anyway into our fishing trip gear yesterday, and to cut a long story short, it's bloomin marvellous! Seriously good!!!! Really really good!It's so simple. I thought the small size would mean it was a bit rubbish....but it really delivers loads of flames for your cooking.Before we left, seeing the size of it, I did prep some small 'chunks'/blocks of wood that I could drop in, plus some firelighters, and I think that really helped. The product lit says use twigs etc. They would be fine but smaller solid pieces of wood work much better. Tiny piece of firelighter at the bottom, about four pieces of wood, that's enough to cook your food! This is the first product that has literally wowed me in ages. So simple, so effective, deceptively useful.

I first opened this up and thought it was missing something but soon realized there wasn't much to go with it. It's lightweight and portable and heats very well & very fast. I would recommend finding a flat surface to light it on. I love that you can just use the natural environment - twigs and leaves. There weren't instructions that came with it but google can explain everything. I am very pleased with this purchase for the price.

This is the best bit of camping kit that I own. It is simply amazing!Starts really easily, only needing the smallest amount of kindling. Once going, easy to keep going. Nearly out? Not a problem, gets back going easily. Only issue is you need to feed it very regularly. We have been using it to make a bru while we set up and then using the embers for a pretty much ready to go full fire.I took it recently to a spot and my friend who is a regular camper was impressed by its light weightness, its compactness and its ease of use, assembly and disassembly.

Smokey to begin with, as expected with wood burning, but boils a pan of water quickly - faster than a solid fuel camping stove! Going to be really handy for Reading festival

This is a fantasic little bit of kit, great service from Amazon too, ordered, delivered the following day and we took it to the beach today to use it for the first time, kids had great fun looking around for fuel for the fire and then waiting for the water to heat up. It is quite small but stacks back into itself quite the thing making it ideal for people who only need it for the occasional outdoor use.

Product ok - they packed the pot stand incorrectly = could not slot together level.

I used to make these as a kid out of old tins.This works far better and no sharp edges. Great way to make a walk with kids more fun. They can run around finding little sticks.
