Why do you state that this tool is only suitable for up to two carburettors? the jaguar v12 engine has four stromberg 1 3/4 inch carburettors.

This synchrometer can be used to balance the carburettors to great effect on V12 Etype cars as I have done on many occasions. Jc

Hi, is an adaptor required to use this on su hs8?

As far as I’m aware no I used mine on Strombergs however the piece that fits into the intake of the carb is tapered allowing it to accommodate vetting sizes of intakes

Did te job , very useful in setting up a pair of dellorto 45 carbs. Just make sure you get the relevant attachment, as the one that comes with it is quite large. measure your trumpets and you'll be fine.
