I'm not sure if the ID of the plug is actually 2.1 mm or 2.5 mm (supplied documentation says 2.5, I think) but it makes good connection with my 2.1 mm jack. Seems to be well made.

So far so good. Works with my solar panel to power my spypoint camera. Don't know longevity, etc but works well right now.
