I have now gone through my second piece in this set, after replacing the first one that had started "sticking" in the down position. It seemed like there was too much friction in the cylinder, so we tried lubing up the cylinder with some oil. My husband tried to sand down the inside a bit to make less friction, but that didn't work either. So now I have two broken pumps and I'm out $19! All to try to make our fancy soap dispenser a foaming soap dispenser so our preschooler doesn't waste so much soap! Does anyone have any suggestions to fix the "stuck" pump? Did anyone else have that problem?

Work as described. I wanted to convert a pottery liquid soap dispenser to a foaming dispenser. These did the trick, BUT because the soap dispenser was handmade the clear plastic “foaming” part did not fit into the bottle completely. It was being blocked by a pottery lip where the screw top was attached to the bottle. The metal pump part screwed on fine but I needed to take my Dremel tool and grind away the inside lip of the actual pottery as it blocked the “foaming” piece. Once I ground away the lip inside it fit perfectly and foams exactly as I expected.

Don’t fit anything. It’s a total lie that they fit something that a soda cap fits. It only fits if the interior opening is wide enough and believe me nothing on the market has those dimensions.They are a sturdy quality.

these did just the trick to convert my current drop in soap pump to a foaming soap pump. i like to use bath and body works foaming soap but hate all the clutter of having several different soaps on the edge of the kitchen sink. problem solved.

Love the stainless soap dispensers. Need a particular size neck on your dispenser bottle, but much better quality than the plastic dispensers.

The description says "if a 2-liter coke bottle cap fits your soap bottle/dispenser, then this will fit." Simply not true. A 2-liter coke bottle cap fit my dispenser, so I purchased these. Very disappointing. They're going back.

My pumps were broken and do not work. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until my return window was closed.

While the quality is good these don't fit any soap dispenser that I have (I tried 3 different ones) and I tested them all as suggested using a 2L pop bottle. I'm very disappointed and don't think they can be returned since there is soap in both tubes.
