Intuitive UI, easy to use app, comfortable to wear.
I was on the fence between Ringconn Vs Oura Vs Ultrahuman. I ultimately decided on the UH ring for a few reasons.. 1. Superior temperature and cycle tracking. 2. Easy to use, interactive, FREE to use app. 3. No monthly fees such as Oura ring. This ring is comfortable to wear while sleeping, it tracks sleep best, too. The workout tracking feature needs a bit of work but I have my Apple Watch for that.It charges quickly, and needs recharged about every 4 days (it keeps collecting data even in low battery mode and then syncs to the app once charged). I have never had any issues with the sync not functioning minus when I went out of the country and didn’t have Bluetooth connectivity. A soft reset quickly resolved that issue. All in all, the hardware and software of the ring are super easy friendly for someone not tech savvy, and it’s comfortable enough to wear 24/7 and tracking your health without looking obvious - just a fashion statement to those who don’t look closely. Don’t regret the cost for even a MOMENT!

Size is important
I recently bought the Ring Sizing Kit and, although I decided not to purchase the smart ring itself, I found this kit to be an essential step in the decision-making process. This company approaches sizing differently than traditional jewelry stores, which makes the kit invaluable. Through it, I discovered that a size 8 was too snug for me, especially considering you'd need to take it off for charging. Meanwhile, the size 9 was too large. Unfortunately, the smart ring isn't available in half sizes, which ultimately led me to hold off on buying the ring itself.Despite not moving forward with the smart ring, I found the sizing kit to be a worthwhile purchase. It's a great way to ensure you find the perfect fit before making a bigger investment. If you're considering the smart ring, I highly recommend starting with this kit to avoid any sizing mishaps later on.

I thought this would be the best purchase.... I thought wrong. Here's why:
I want to preface this with beginning how excited I was about this ring. I thought about it for months on end until I finally decided it was time to buy. I could not wait for this ring to the point that I checked the tracking every single day for this shipment!I do a lot of activities: trail running, hiking, rock climbing, bike riding, and walking my high energy pup! I was excited to get this ring to focus on daily step count and sleep tracking specifically. I also wear a Garmin Forerunner watch ,so I have some data to compare,First, when buying this ring, I wanted to make sure I followed the ring's charging/ battery suggestions to get the most out of my battery. it was great at first, then about two months in, the ring was continually dying and taking 3-4 hours to charge. I also do not put the ring on workout mode because of the significant battery power it takes to run the ring on workout mode. So, if you are using it to track workouts, it is not something I would endorse to buy. I would recommend you to buy a Garmin or even a step down, just an apple watch.Next, the count step is extremely off. For example, today I went on a 4.5 mile hike. My step count on my Garmin watch is currently at 11,456. My ultrahuman ring is at 6,021 steps. A slight difference in number is one thing, but nearly a 5,000 step difference when I have been wearing both of the devices all day is outrageous. Also, if oyu ever lose this ring, the chances of you ever re-locating it is slim to none. I have left my UH ring in my bedroom and tried to track it from my living room (and I have a very small house) and it could not locate or connect to the ring, let alone anywhere from afar. An apple watch/ airpods would be able to give you a better reading through 'Find My.'Finally, I worry about how long lasting this ring could be for a consumer. I would say this has no longer then a half life of 3-4 months, meaning that you would need to buy a ring more then just once a year. At that point, I could think of many other ways I would rather buy the newest, most expensive Garmin watch that would last me multiple years, or maybe see if the Oura ring would work better. It seems at this time, the UltraHuman ring looks better then the Oura, but the Oura out-performs the UH ring. I would preferably pay a subscription for the Oura ring then to worry about when I will need to buy a new ring.Ultimately, this is so unfortunate as I was looking forward to this purchase. I have contacted the UH support team with no resolution other then to let them know next time I charge my ring to 100% and when it gets to 10% (keep in mind- letting the ring drop to 20% is against their recommended charging suggestions), and to make sure the ring keeps getting updated.

Fantastic alternative to Oura with so many great functions
I’ve had my ring since April so now I feel good about giving a good review. The sizing kit was actually necessary because I had to go up a whole ring size from my normal. It took about 3-4 days to calibrate to my activity and sleep schedule for all of that information, but not bad. I think it charges within 1 hour and last for a few days. I definitely have some scratches on it but not a big deal to me with every day wear.I love the sleep and caffeine functionality of it, the period tracking and temperature is also so helpful, lots of insight on cardio age based on workouts as well. The step count is definitely not accurate in comparison to my Apple Watch and it’s not as accurate with monitoring workouts and things but that doesn’t bother me since I do have an Apple Watch. The smart alarm function is also great and I feel like my sleep has improved since I’ve actually done the smart alarm and paid attention to my caffeine consumption window. I think it does more than the Oura ring for less expensive and would definitely recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Tool for Nurses – Sleek, Smart, and Super Helpful!
As a nurse with a busy and often unpredictable schedule, this ring has been a total game changer. The Ultrahuman Ring AIR gives me real-time insights into my sleep, recovery, heart rate, and activity—all in such a sleek, comfortable design. I love that it doesn’t get in the way during long shifts or while washing my hands constantly. It tracks everything quietly and accurately without needing to be charged every day. The data helps me adjust my habits and stay mindful of recovery and rest, which is so important in healthcare. Plus, the gold finish is gorgeous and looks like a stylish piece of jewelry while being incredibly high-tech underneath. Highly recommend this for any nurse or healthcare worker looking to stay on top of their health while working long, demanding hours.
